With over 20 years of playing and coaching experience, my mission is to develop elite route runners by creating immediate impact on performance while building lasting influence in discipline, confidence, and competitive standards for athletes of every level.

At Routes Inc., we combine technical skill development, football IQ, and intentional repetition to develop complete football players—not just better athletes.

We teach the details that separate average players from impact players: stance, start, releases, route stems, leverage, top-of-route mechanics, coverage recognition, situational awareness, and decision-making. Every session is built around a lesson plan that connects skill development to real game situations, so athletes don’t just learn how to perform a movement—they learn when to use it, why it works, and how to apply it against different defensive looks.

In the last 6 seasons, we have worked with several college and professional athletes to develop and enhance their skill sets. In addition, 25+ players have earned college scholarships, allowing them to pursue their athletic careers while furthering their education. The formula for success is one of simplicity and consistency. Our dedication to helping athletes realize their dreams is unwavering!
